The rooms were big size and cosy as for me, with balcony. Central heating and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were good. The location was great and unique, at a short distance from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth. There was an amazing restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

Some people working there were very arrogant.
